Welcome to join a digital cook-along with Hanna Olvenmark, dietician and founder of Portionen Under Tian (direct translation; One Serving Under Ten Crowns). Hanna is passionate about making healthy and sustainable food accessible by making it tasty, cheap and easy. She enjoys being, cooking and eating outside and in her recent cookbook "Äta ute" ("Eating out/outside") she inspires people to make the everyday meal an adventure by taking it outside, eating or cooking it in nature.

During this event Hanna will guide you through the making of a tasty, cheap and sustainable meal using Swedish ingredients and flavours. She will be cooking outside on a portable gas stove, a so called "stormkök", and you are invited to join either from your kitchen at home or outside!
